The original home of Saint John’s University, Saint John the Baptist Parish, has entered into a long-term lease agreement on a portion of their expansive property for new housing to help to finance the renovation of their historic church and provide the parish community with much-needed financial resources. While demolition was already underway, the developer preserved, removed, and arranged for the delivery of the cornerstones to the University.
